The definition of a bully is: A person or group of people who try to belittle or overpower an individual through intimidation by verbal and/or physical abuse.

The SABULLYFREE Campaign focuses on addressing these issues in public schools, community centers, private corporations by a commitment pep rally. Our anti-bully pep rally takes a unique approach on bully awareness and offers a SOLUTION to challenge and in many cases correct bullying behavior.   please help to support this movement.

Our mission is to build a coordinated community support system city wide with a multifaceted approach using  anti-bully signage and  other  resources to correct bully attacks  and bully behavior.

Eddie

EPIFANIO “EPI” QUIROGA

Epi Quiroga grew up in central San Antonio, Texas, attending Huppertz Elementary, Longfellow Middle School, and Thomas Jefferson High School. He joined the Navy in 1990 in the Submarine Force. Epi graduated from the Motorcycle Mechanical Institute in 2006. Currently employed at Southwest Research Institute

In 2004, Epi created the annual RoQ & Ride Community Fest to honor his late brother, Robert “Pikin” Quiroga, San Antonio’s first world champion boxer, who was killed by his middle school bully in 2004.  This idea led him to create the SABULLYFREE Campaign to help stop the epidemic of bully/hate behavior in San Antonio and surrounding communities.   THE SABULLYFREE Campaign was developed in honor of ROBERT “Pikin” QUIROGA.
